Date of school:

Please give me as clear and as accurate an answer as possible for the following questions.

  1. Briefly describe what you think is the single major area which is still holding you back in your cornering, e.g., throttle control, quick turning, target fixation, braking, etc.

  2. Is there anything which continually grips your attention while setting up or going through turns, e.g., speed, traction, lean angle, location in the turn, etc.?

  3. Where do you notice the most hesitation with getting the kind of throttle control you would like to have, e.g., beginning of turns, longer sweepers, decreasing radius turns, banked turns, blind turns, etc.?

  4. Is there any type of riding situation that always makes you tense up on the bike?

  5. Just thinking back on your cornering, how good is your recall of the moment the bike "sets" in the turn, (just after you get it flicked in)?

  6. Is there any particular thing we have gone over in the previous three levels that is still confusing you or you feel you still can't apply?

  7. Briefly, what are your current goals in riding, e.g., racing, faster than your friend, better control in traffic, etc.?

  8. Would you say that your confidence with the control actions like upshifting and downshifting, braking, throttle and steering are as good as they can get? If not, which is the one that needs the most work?

  9. What is your personal goal for this riding session?
